DOB 9/23/04 Black and White Rough Coat-Neutered

Jax is a very High drive-bouncing off the walls-border collie. He would be the poster child for the OCD border collie. He has more than his fair share of "quirks". You would be hard pressed to find a sweeter boy though. He was an amazing herder in his day as he has natural balance. However he only saw sheep (or cats). He is now the old man in the house and like the energizer bunny he just keeps going and going....
